The trick to shift-left 16 bits and after the OR shift-right concerns the creation of the correct addressig. Its very easy to give lecture guys.
If you want somebody else to write the code for you, you have to hire him. Which MSP datasheey you use? The addressing of eeprom is not so simple, I saw, and I needed a lot of works to understand exactly the method. It turns out I can’t even write to the eeprom. I don’t really have a need for more than one eeprom. I read somewhere that 5V will destroy the I2C pins from the Pi. Obviously i will debug and will find the answers, it will take some time, but tried here to get it quickly.

Please help if anybody know why is it happening. Also why exactly are you multiplying the Input High Voltage with 3? This is detailed in the linked specs. There is a difference between the chip power supply voltage and the voltage needed to be seen as logic high and logic low by the chip.
What is that define of 80 in your code? It only needs a higher voltage if you want to write to the chip.
You decided to keep your code secret both the old one and your attempt at the new one. Then, the process is delivered to the wire library that do dxtasheet low level work to manage I2C bus. I see in the datasheet that the way so STOP the reading sequence in datashete case after the first byte read is “master does acknowledge the data byte output, and sends additional clock pulses so that the de- vice continues to output the next byte in sequence.
I see that you work with data address directly, but this must be ORed with 0x corresponding to the bits for I2C addressing.
