There is introspection and the book is plenty amusing when it comes to the dialogue but, on the whole, the pulse of the book is somewhat of a flatline the entire storyline. Syd smiled at her. She took her shoe and sock with her. Roma Jean appeared completely undone.
Overall though, good book! This was all his. I fell in love with these characters the first time I read Jericho — not just Maddie and Syd, but all the rest as well, and I am so looking forward to following their story forward. Syd unrolled the posters and placed books on their corners to hold them jericuo while she decided where to hang them. I thought you’d come to your senses.
It did take a while to finish, but I only listen at work and I took a 2 week Christmas vacation. Syd pretended not to notice the doctor’s embarrassment.
With that said, I will categorize this as a good book — it’s not one of the best “longer” books I’ve read. She lives mcan Winston-Salem, NC with her wife, the author Ann McMan, their two dogs, two cats, and an exhaustive supply of vacuum cleaner bags.
