This book also has a sequel named Dance, Dance, Dance, which is arguably also a part of the series, but unlike the other two it doesn’t involve the rat.

This being said, all of the books are quite readable as stand-alone books. I fantsatice it from the library, because even though I’m still reading A Wild Sheep Chase, I feel the need to horde that volume so I can immediately read it thereafter! What was the significance of the hsruki at the beginning of the book? She’s the girl whose funeral the unnamed main character goes to, the one who the main character refers to as the girl who sleeps with everyone. I just finished A Wild Sheep Case. Didn’t know about the other two books.
