For someone who’s familiar with the Lean Startup principles and has read at least one book on the topic in my case: The weakest point for me was an early section on sh I picked this up because I am once again in a situation where I want to improve leaj effectiveness as a designer inside an agile startup team. There was so much in this book that resonated with me. View all 3 comments. The exact process outlined for articulating outcomes is confusing due to an overuse of jargon.
It opened my eyes to cross functional teams where the UX resource will become more of a facilitator and the developers could easily assist with being research assistants, scribes, and partnering with the UXers. I’m so glad I did. Jefr don’t suppose this book will standout in a larger collection of books on the topic of gotehlf UX. I read many books about Lean such as Lean Startup, Lean Thinking, Lean Mindset and others but this is lan of my favourite because it is plenty of practicas examples.

This is a rare book that is information dense, yet which does not allow that information density to compromise readability.
